DXC Medical welcomes Amy Dent to the team

I am delighted to introduce Amy Dent who has joined DXC Medical as Principal Consultant. Amy will be focusing on permanent and locum GP recruitment across New South Wales and Canberra.

Based in Sydney, Amy’s network and expertise ensures we can further increase our support to GPs and medical centres alike.

Amy brings 10+ years experience in primary care and has a proven track record in GP recruitment. Starting as a Medical Receptionist, Amy quickly moved up to practice management. From there she moved into GP Recruitment & Retention Manager role for a leading medical centre provider. With 30+ practices across rural Victoria, rural NSW and Sydney she led the GP recruitment strategy for 6 years.

Amy has a comprehensive understanding of all 3GA pathways, including; RVTS, ACRRM Independent & Specialist Pathways and RACGP PEP (both streams).

Combined with her previous workforce planning experience, Amy will be able to support our client understanding of all possible recruitment options and how best to improve their long-term retention.
