Are you a VR GP with experience in providing culturally appropriate healthcare in a remote setting?
The Opportunity The Yolngu people have lived in the East Arnhem region for at least 40,000 years and working with this independent Aboriginal Community-Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) you will have opportunity to build stronger, healthier communities amongst a beautiful untouched culture.
- Earn between $1,500 to $1650 p/day | Experience-based
- Work 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off

The Location
Picturesque work locations across remote Northern Territory like Nhulunbuy, Gunyangara, Yirrkala, Galiwin’ku, Milingimbi, Raminginin, and Gapuwiyak have a range of roster coverage needs.
- 1hr flight from Darwin
- Tropical climate, with dry season (May-Sept) temperatures range from 20-30°C and from 25-33°C in the wet season (Dec-Mar)
- 30 bed District Hospital nearby in Nhulunbuy
