The Practice
Our client is seeking a locum Rural Generalist specialist in GP/ED to work in their busy, well-established rural clinic and hospital with a diverse community.
  • Sole practice in town with supportive colleagues
  • Currently 3 GPs working 2.5 FTE
  • Locum role partly covering for caseload of GP about to go on parental leave - existing patients ready to fill your books
  • Bulk billing
  • Highly experienced nursing team
  • Extremely supportive Practice Manager and admin team
  • Best Practice software

The Hospital
  • 15-bed MPS facility
  • Onsite pathology
  • Visiting X-Ray facility each week
  • Visiting physiotherapy, dietitian and diabetes educator
  • Diversional therapy services available four days per week

The Location

Referred to as Gemstone Country, Warialda is renowned for its sapphires, gems and gold fossicking. Enjoy the stunning nature reserves in a town known as 'the place of wild honey'. 
  • DPA/MMM5 location
  • Up to $2200 per ED on call shift
  • Up to $1700 per clinic day
  • Flights to Moree from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
  • Car and accommodation covered; flights covered for the right candidate
  • Specific need for 31/03/25-11/04/25 and 12/05/25-17/05/25
  • Ongoing blocks for GP/ED throughout 2025
  • GP only role available as well
  • Permanent role option available
