We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a home-based role (based in the Wollongong area) on a full-time or part-time basis.
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will report directly to our Founder and play a pivotal, hands-on role in shaping our brand, growing our online presence, and creating a vibrant, engaged community.

Key responsibilities: - Social media management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook through engaging content, consistent posting, and active audience interaction.
- Content creation: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop high-quality, tailored content that aligns with our brand, values and community goals.
- Community engagement: Nurture relationships with community members, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and excited to participate.
- Event planning: Organise and execute impactful online and offline events, from webinars to networking sessions, that resonate with our audience.
- Data reporting: Track and analyse the success of campaigns and engagement initiatives, using insights to improve strategies.
- Brand development: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and contribute to strengthening our identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
To succeed in the role you will need: - Experience in social media management, digital marketing & community building.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
- A creative thinker who can generate fresh ideas and adapt strategies to achieve measurable results.
- Organisational skills with a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms
- Experience in planning and executing events is ideal.
- A passion for the healthcare industry
